The importance of exercise when on a diet Program...
Exercise and Diet are the two most important elements to help you lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. What we've learned from the Diet Programs available is that we can lose weight by eating healthy food, eating calorie specific meals with a protein/carb/fat ratio that is right for us and ultimately by controlling what we consume each day at the right times. Diet is so important when trying to live a healthy lifestyle but can we truly achieve our weight/health goals by just eating right? I'm inclined to say yes, we can be healthy and not exercise more than our average travelling needs. Although, if your goals are health and weightloss, to truly achieve these goals i think it is important that you exercise with your diet program.
Sustaining a healthy lifestyle while you work 9-5, take care of the kids, cook and clean becomes an uphill battle but by using a diet program you save that extra time cooking for yourself and this could allow you some time to exercise more often. Set yourself 20 minutes a day for some cardio, some "me time". By exercising each day you're building a little muscle, burning calories and the more muscle you build the more calories you burn naturally each day. The Diet program and exercise has a synergic effect and will really boost your efforts to lose weight. |
