Vitalicious states it's long term mission is to create baked goods that are healthy in many more ways than just being vitamin-enriched -- that provide high fiber and low calories, without any fat, as well as crucial poly-unsaturated fatty acids (known as "good fat") and protein.
Every product contains no additives or preservatives and are fortified with essential vitamins & minerals. Fat-free 100 calorie VitaMuffins & VitaTops contain 4-5 grams of fiber, 15 essential vitamins and minerals, soy, oat bran and no cholesterol.

I don't see how this keeps in line with healthy eating, it seems as if they've taken somehting good and piled a smuch bad stuff on it to create something to feel guilty about again. Either way it looks delicious and i'm it makes some happy, certainly Hungry Girl.
